One Platform is a mobile app and web platform that unifies all key business processes of your company into a single integrated system. The platform enables automation of organizational structure management, employee training, sales control, logistics, inventory, and product quality control.
One Platform provides:
All intellectual property rights, including rights to the code, design, content, and other elements of One Platform, belong to One Platform (the Provider). It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative versions of the application without prior written permission from the Provider.
This offer text constitutes a public proposal to conclude an agreement with One Platform LLC, allowing users to access the platform's services. Acceptance of this offer confirms the user's agreement with the terms of use, which are legally binding.
By accepting the terms of this offer, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement and fulfill your obligations under it, and you also confirm the accuracy of the data provided during registration in your personal account.
User Rights
The user has the right to use the application for purposes defined by the terms of the agreement, including access to training modules, analytics, monitoring, and process management.
User Obligations
The user undertakes not to share their account credentials with third parties, not to use the platform for illegal activities, and not to violate intellectual property rights.
One Platform reserves the right to change the terms of use without prior agreement with the user. All changes take effect once published on the platform. Users will be informed about changes via email or in-app notifications. We recommend checking these terms regularly.

Personal Data
To fulfill its contractual obligations, One Platform collects users' personal data, including name, email address, and phone number.
External Services
The platform uses external services such as Google Analytics for Firebase to collect statistical data. All information is used exclusively to improve the service and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
One Platform is not responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise as a result of using or being unable to use the platform. The user is responsible for using their account and for the information provided.
These terms of use remain in effect until the user ceases to use the platform. The user may terminate use at any time by deleting their account.
One Platform does not transfer users’ personal information to third-party companies. However, the platform uses external services such as Google Analytics for Firebase to collect and analyze aggregated (anonymous) data to improve platform functionality.
One Platform has the right to suspend the provision of services at any time without notice if necessary due to technical issues, maintenance, or user violations of the terms of use.
The platform is provided 'as is' and it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. The user acknowledges that access to the platform may be temporarily suspended due to technical issues or maintenance.
The terms of use of this platform are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Ukraine.
